As I was growing up, I really didn’t understand all the fear around ghosts. They were such a significant part of my every-day life, I had only ever known them as pure and gentle energy.
I didn’t realise there was a difference between spirit and imprints. Imprints are also known as ghosts or poltergeists. When I think back, there were a few situations that did scare me as a child, but I always had the reassurance of my guide, who was by my side explaining everything that was going on.
I imagine that, without that guidance, it could have been quite debilitating. I understand the fear and the confusion that so many people feel in relation to spirit and the unknown, and why ghosts and poltergeists attracted the stigma they carry throughout the world.
The only thing scary about the other side is not understanding.
