Energy for Evidence

When spirit is around me, I feel it as a very gentle and pure energy – unless they are trying to show me evidence of the energy and behaviour they displayed while here on earth, which can then feel emotional, cranky, sad, funny, soft, and even forceful or aggressive.

Until you fully understand the communication that’s happening, and start to trust the information that you’re being given, it can all make you feel like you’re going crazy.
